Omololu Falobi Foundation (OFF) is a not-for- profit non governmental organization, established August 4, 2007 to immortalize late Journalist and Activist “Omololu Falobi” the founding Executive Director of Journalists Against AIDS (JAAIDS), who lost his life to armed men after a speaking engagement on ‘The need to be socially responsible’. The foundation came into being to promote his ideas on a socially responsible society that cultivate positive behavior change in mitigating the impact of HIV in Nigeria as well as support the family he left behind.
A society, where young Journalists’ exhibits best practices in journalism and takes up social responsibilities.
OFF is committed towards strengthening the capacity of aspiring journalists and other media personnel in HIV/AIDS reporting and other health related and development issues

-To support mentoring and training for aspiring young journalists and communicators.

The organization has on her governing board Mrs. Eziachi, Mr. Lekan Otufodunrin; Mr. Timi Owolabi; Mr. Sina Falana; Mrs. Ronke Falobi; Mrs. Morenike Ukpong, Mr. Shola Oshunkeye, Olayide Akanni, Mr. Mayowa Joel and Mr. Lola Falobi.
The Primary targets are aspiring journalists, young journalists and other upcoming media professionals /personnel
KEY ACTIVITIES:
WORKSHOPS
The organization undertakes a quarterly capacity building training workshop for young journalists on health issues. This includes mentoring for upcoming journalists by seasoned media and health professionals.  This will create an opportunity for young and aspiring journalists to meet with seasoned ones, and also have an interactive session for questions and answers. Other activities:
The organization holds an annual essay competition for in school communicators
